Last week when Kevin joined our Tough Mudder Chat he informed us that he had sustained an injury from his training. "the front of my right leg - where it joins the hip- was doing walking lunges while holding weight over head - felt and heard a rip!" after seeing the Chiro "Turns out when I lunged my pelvic bone slipped slightly causing the quad to over react- he put it all back in place -and now am tap dancin!". Kevin is back on schedule and training once again for the tough mudder. The "Tough Giving Challenge" is Kevin's call to action. He's challenging himself and his fans to dig deep
