Tom Hanks and Tim Allen Reprise Their Roles as Woody and Buzz

ABC announced today that their second Pixar Animation Studios special for television, “Toy Story That Time Forgot,” a new Christmas special featuring your favorite characters from the “Toy Story” films, will air onTUESDAY, DECEMBER 2 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET). The special comes on the heels of the success of “Toy Story OF TERROR!,” which premiered to stellar ratings last October.

During a post-Christmas play date, the “Toy Story” gang find themselves in uncharted territory when the coolest set of action figures ever turn out to be dangerously delusional. It's all up to Trixie, the triceratops, if the gang hopes to return to Bonnie's room in this “Toy Story That Time Forgot.”

The cast of “Toy Story That Time Forgot” includes Tom Hanks as Woody, Tim Allen as Buzz, Kristen Schaal as Trixie, Kevin McKidd (“Grey’s Anatomy”) as Reptillus Maximus, Wallace Shawn as Rex, Timothy Dalton as Mr. Pricklepants, Don Rickles as Mr. Potato Head and Joan Cusack as Jessie.

“Toy Story That Time Forgot” is produced by Galyn Susman and directed by Steve Purcell. The special is from Pixar Animation Studios. (ABC)

As for Toy Story That Time Forgot‘s Comic-Con panel — to be held Thursday at 11:15 am PST, in Room 6A — TVLine can exclusively report that composer Michael Giacchino (Toy Story of Terror, Lost) will moderate the hour-long Q&A with McKidd, who voices Reptillus Maximus (featured in the hero shot above) and Kristen Schaal(30 Rock), who voices Trixie the triceratops; producer Galyn Susman (Toy Story of Terror); director Steve Purcell (Brave); and head of story Derek Thompson (WALL•E).

A special autograph session follows at 1 pm, at the ABC booth on the Convention Center floor.

The Toy Story That Time Forgot voice cast also includes Wallace Shawn as Rex, Timothy Dalton as Mr. Pricklepants, Don Rickles as Mr. Potato Head and Joan Cusack as Jessie.

[Co Star]Supporting Sandra Oh "Death and the Maiden"

We love to support Kevin's Co Stars and one of our Team Managed to See and Support Sandra Live in Chicago ....

Having been a fan of Sandra Oh's long before Grey's Anatomy, when I heard she would be doing a play in Chicago I decided I needed to go to support her. I wasn't sure what to expect because I knew that "Death and the Maiden" was a very traumatic and intense story. Either way I was not disappointed. Sandra was amazing as "Paulina" and it was electrifying to see Sandra performing on a live stage . Sandra also has some brilliant cast mates along side her. Raul Castillo played Paulina's husband "Gerardo", and John Judd played "Roberto" an acquaintance of Gerardo's and the center of the controversy in the play. I can't get too much into the play without giving away certain aspects so won't divulge anymore, just going to say that it was a riveting work that really makes you think about how we are affected by trauma.

After the play a friend and I were waiting and a staff member informed us that Sandra would be out shortly to visit with those waiting. There were maybe ten or twelve of us. After a few minutes Sandra came out she was so bubbly and outgoing with everyone. When it was our turn to chat with her she came over to sign my Audrey magazine which she is on the cover. We had a fun chat with her and she was very eager to answer our questions about the play. I also mentioned some Canadian specific things which she seemed to enjoy talking about. And she was gracious enough to take photos with us. When she found out where I traveled from to see the play she was very touched that I went out to see it and she gave me a big hug before we said our goodbyes.

For years I have always heard what a great person Sandra was and that night I was able to experience what everyone has been talking about. She is very warm and kind to her fans and you can tell she values those who support her. After seeing her perform live, I am even more hopeful to see Kevin McKidd and Sandra Oh do theatre together someday. Hopefully sooner than later!
