The self-penned album features 17 tracks and 70 minutes of music. Kevin sings the ballad "Bonnie Henry Gordon" and plays guitar on the track. Kevin recorded his part this past summer while in Scotland. The song tells the story of the bloody feud between the Gordon’s of Knock and Forbes of Strathgirnoc in the 1570s. Several other Speyside Sessioners appear on the album as well (Dave Martin, Ali Napier, and Paul's wife Shona Donaldson.)
"Land of the Standing Stones" will launch Friday 11th of October in MacRobert Hall in Tarland, Scotland. It will be available for sale via Paul's website and blog.
