STC East Africa have set up a ‘PayPal’ button (and Amazon Payments and Google Checkout as well) on the East Africa emergency donation form which will work with international credit cards and checking accounts. They are creating a document for mail-in payments by check and will send that to me later today (which I will add it to this post)
