Kevin Mckidd on BBC Radio Scotland Transcript [ part 2]
Janice Forsyth : does that mean their adding some good Scottish words to their vocabulary
Kevin Mckidd : [ Laughs] a little bit they’ve got English accents actually but I try teach them the ‘old’ word
Janice Forsyth : so with the sessions you did 27 songs how many how many 15 made it to the record?
Kevin Mckidd: yeah 15 made it to the record and they’re the ones that we decide, because recordings on the album intentionally also due to time we didn’t have time to do multiple takes or to split people up, so we could do individual parts so we decided we were going to make a restriction and we rehearsed together until we feel the song was in the right place. Once we were happy with the feeling, of it then we would basically hit the record button.
