 | Today, November 11th, is #RemembranceDay or #PoppyDay across the Commonwealth of Nations (IE territories of the former British Empire). This day remembers those who have died in the line of duty while serving in the armed forces. A poppy is often used as a symbol due to the poem "In Flanders Field". In the USA, November 11th is #VeteransDay - a day to honor all who have & are serving the the armed forces.
