2014 Autographed Photo Request Period

To Request An Autographed Photo Fill Out * BOTH PARTS * On The Request Page Here

For EACH REQUEST, both an Autograph Request Form - PLUS - an Autograph Postage S/H Payment will need to be submitted. BOTH PARTS need to be completed within the specified time frame for a request to be honoured. All Autographs have to be personally addressed to a recipient. Autograph Requests are accepted only once a year. Shipment of fulfilled requests will be mailed a few months later, after the first of the new year. Payment covers postage plus cost of sturdy photo mailer/envelope, label, etc. The photo supplied may vary but will be a photo of Kevin McKidd.
