REMINDER / LAST CALL
Autograph Requests (BOTH Request Form + S/H Payment) must be received by end of day TODAY October 19th, 2015 in order for request to be honored.
If either part (Request Form or S/H Payment) is missing you will not receive an autograph from this batch. New submissions will not be taken by KMKO until next fall.
S/H Payment is needed in order that we may cover postage, photo mailer, and label costs to get the autograph to you. KMKO is all volunteer and we do not have funds to cover these costs otherwise.
