Which character from Scandal or How to Get Away With Murder would you most want to do a guest-arc on Grey's?
Kevin McKidd: Jeff Perry’s character (Cyrus) from Scandal.
Jerrika Hinton: Asher (Matt McGorry) from Murder. I’d like to see him sex up some of our doctors!
Sara Ramirez: For giggles and laughs, I was going to say Matt McGorry’s character [from HTGAWM], but since [Tony Goldwyn] is right behind us, the President from Scandal!

Who was your first scene with—and what was your first impression of them?
Giacomo Gianniotti: Jerrika Hinton. She’s so kind, such a lovely spirit.
Joe Adler: Chandra Wilson. I was thrilled because she is awesome. I had to walk into her with food in my mouth like a bumbling idiot!
Jessica Capshaw: Chandra Wilson, and she was delightful. So generous and sweet and amazing!
Kevin McKidd: Sandra Oh. Owen came in quite specifically for her, and we had a big scene where I came in and had to kiss her. I was nervous, but very prepared, but we got on like that [snaps fingers]. You know when you meet someone and become fast, fast friends? That was me and her.

What’s your biggest fear on set?
Jerrika Hinton: That I’m going to be fired!
Sara Ramirez: I heard a really loud crack above my head, and that startled me. And then this past week, I heard a pop happen above me, and it scared me, so I stopped and said, "Is everybody OK?" So that’s one thing that has become somewhat a concern, is a light popping or cracking in my face! Safety concerns! Safety first!
Kevin McKidd: Having bad breath! And then as a director, it’s hearing you’re behind in your schedule. I dread hearing that we’re like two pages behind.
