Last week, Disney/ABC Television Group introduced the Grey’s Anatomy Sync, a brand new iPad app that allows fans to interact with the Seattle Grace-Mercy West crew by syncing content from the show with the iPad in real time. Sponsored by Lexus, the Sync app is free to download and brings an enhanced viewing experience to all first-run episodes of Grey’s Anatomy, whether watched live or digitally recorded on your DVR.

Fans can take polls and quizzes, get behind the scenes info and even unlock bonus content by interacting with the app. Additionally, users are able to earn badges by “checking-in” to virtual environments within episodes, such as riding an elevator with Dr. McDreamy. Experiences can then be shared with friends and other fans of the show through the user’s Facebook account.
