Songs of the Soldiers is a great new way for Americans to offer a tangible expression of gratitude to our Troops serving in harm’s way. The goal of is to give a new MP3 player to every single active duty service member in Iraq and Afghanistan. Each player will be pre-loaded with songs from a variety of artists who have donated their music to this effort. Since 1941, the USO has served as a “home away from home" for the men and women of our Armed Forces during war and peace and as the main support link between Americans and our men and women in uniform.
